By applying for an Celeb Key Membership ID you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions will continue in effect throughout your membership and after any
termination, cancellation or expiration. Read them carefully.

  1. By becoming a member of Celeb Key (CK) the subscriber agrees to be bound by this Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by CK at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to each subscriber.

  2. By becoming a member of CK the subscriber states to be of legal age in the subscribers community to view and access adult material.

  3. CK members will be exposed to material containing nudity intended for adults only. The subscriber must not be offended by adult material and nudity.

  4. The material in this website is for use in the Members own home. The Member is not allowed to sell or furnish the material to minors not in legal age to view adult material.

  5. The material in this website was produced in compliance with federal, state, county and local laws with the intent of furthering news reporting, artistic and cultural accomplishments. All material was taken from public domain sources and is supposed to be public domain until otherwise stated. If a Member owns the copyright to any material published inside and disagrees with the use, the Member agrees to email the webmaster so the material can be removed.

  6. As a Subscriber I further certify that I am not a city, county, state or federal law enforcement officer using this material as evidence for prosecution or harassment of any individual or organization.

  7. The Member is responsible for paying the subscription fee either using a Credit Card or Online Check. The member is responsible for paying the periodic subscription fees according to the subscription billing terms. Refunds will only be honored in the event of an unresolved technical difficulty which prevents access and viewing of the material on this website. To receive a refund, customers must first obtain approval via e-mail by describing and attempting to resolve the technical problem.

  8. The subscriber understands that the subscription fee includes the bandwidth costs. The access to the pictures or movies is free of charge and is not included.

  9. Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to CK. By subscribing, the subscriber has released and discharged the providers, owners, and creators of this site from any all liability which might arise.

  10. Payment for the membership services may be made by automatic Credit Card debit or Online Checks. Members will be automatically renewed for successive thirty (30) days terms upon cancelation via the proper (support form) three (3) days prior to expiration.

  11. The Subscriber is aware that any attempt to use credit cards in fraudulent use will be reported to the authorities including the date, time and IP-address of the subscription. This also includes unauthorized refunds and chargebacks initiated by members.

  12. Each member can choose a personal username and password to enter CK Members-Area. This username and password may not be disclosed to anyone. If a Member discloses their username or password to others, CK retains the right to revoke the membership without any refund of membership fees and without notification. Any detection of multiple user-logins with the same username and different IP-addresses will automatically revoke that membership. Keeping the username and password secret is the sole responsibility of the member, and if the username and password becomes known to others by any means or reason, even unintentionally, CK's right to revoke that membership will not be detracted.

  13. The Subscriber agrees to use a valid email address for the subscription. If an invalid email address is used important membership information cannot be sent to the Member. You will be automatically included in our newsletter to send you important site updates and news. The Member can cancel this newsletter at any given time without affecting the membership by clicking on the cancelation link on the bottom of the received newsletter.

  14. The subscriber agrees not to use offline browsers or spider software to fetch complete sections of CK's members section. Any detection of high bandwidth usage due to the use of such a tool will automatically revoke that membership without a refund of membership fees and without notification.
